Become part of our community:

We are looking for people who are as energised by ideas as they are by action, and who want to help shape a community capable of responding to the challenging planetary conditions of our time.

In selecting the pilot cohort, we are looking for people (and teams) who demonstrate the following:

Planetary Orientation: You are compelled to work on problems that exceed a single discipline, sector, or scale, and you are motivated by the uneven realities of climate and ecological change

Heterodox Thinking: You are willing to challenge taken-for-granted assumptions and engage seriously with unfamiliar ideas, methods, and practices

Collaborative Capacity: You can work across difference with generosity, rigor, and respect, and you are open to co-authorship, shared inquiry, and non-extractive forms of research practice

Action Orientation: You care not only about ideas, but about testing, building, and deploying work in ways that produce tangible impact

Situated Practice: You are attentive to context and understand that meaningful climate action must be responsive to local conditions, communities, and ecologies

Because this kind of work is often stronger when developed in relation, we encourage applications from pairs and small teams, while also welcoming individual applicants whose practice shows high potential for collaboration and alignment with others in the space.
