Collaborative Capacity: You can work across difference with generosity, rigor, and respect, and you are open to co-authorship, shared inquiry, and non-extractive forms of research practice

 

Action Orientation: You care not only about ideas, but about testing, building, and coordinating work in ways that produce tangible impact

 

Situated Practice: You are attentive to context and understand that meaningful action must be responsive to local conditions, communities, and ecologies

 

Because this kind of work is often stronger when developed in relation, we encourage applications from pairs and small teams, while also welcoming individual applicants whose practice shows high potential for collaboration and alignment with others in the space.
